friendly staff quiet room convenient location poor lighting little storage sound insulation
The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They ensured my stay was wonderful. My room was clean and quiet. The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the train station.
The lighting in the bathroom was poor, and it was difficult to see clearly. There was little storage. I had to keep my suitcase open. I could hear footsteps from the room above. The sound insulation was inadequate.

decent stay overall

train station close distance comfortable room good breakfast good selection darkness of room elevator ride long distance air con warm setting
the hotel is very close to the train station. it is within a short walk. the room was quite comfortable. breakfast offered a good selection.
the room was very dark. even with maximum lighting, the bathroom remained dim. the room location required using one elevator, walking a distance, then another elevator. the air conditioning was too warm, and i could not adjust it easily.

A few issues dampened the stay.

bathroom lighting inadequate storage
I must point out a few concerns from my stay. The bathroom lighting proved insufficient. It made applying makeup a challenge. There was also inadequate space for hanging wet towels. I had to leave them draped over furniture. I also observed a slight slope in the floor. This. Some additional storage for clothing would be a game changer too.

The location was acceptable due to many shops to eat close by.
I found a big problem with the lights. Hallway lights are so dark. I also had a dark room. I wanted brighter lights.

Admirable stay

ample space sizable bathroom
The room offered ample space along with a sizable bathroom. A modern coffee machine added convenience. I appreciated the substantial breakfast. The food was great.
The elevators do not require a keycard. This absence of security is concerning. I think that the elevators need a keycard.
Service
9/10
Staff members proved helpful and friendly. They accommodated requests promptly. The daily room service ensured a tidy environment and provided fresh linens.
Location
9/10
This location offered easy access to the train station. This allowed for simple transportation. The hotel is situated on a quiet road, so disturbances are minimized.
Facilities
8/10
The rooms were very clean and seemed recently refurbished. Quiet elevators are on the premises. The elevators do not cause any disturbance.
